Scott Stoogenke, MBA, MA
Managing Executive Consultant

With 25+ years of pharmaceutical/life sciences marketing and sales training experience, Scott is an expert in marketing/brand strategy & tactical execution as well as training design & delivery. He began his career as a biochemist for a biotechnology firm (Martek Biosciences), designing antibiotics before transitioning to marketing roles at various pharmaceutical companies including GlaxoSmithKline and Novo Nordisk. 


With an MBA in marketing and international business and an MA in education and adult learning, his career path has included leadership roles in all facets of marketing and sales including product management, market research, payer relations, brand strategy, non-personal promotion, sales training, patient education, medical education, digital marketing, trade show management, and clinical trial design/target product profile development. He has been a part of the launch and development teams for a number of blockbuster products. Scott has also held senior leadership positions in marketing and sales at several B2B organizations, and has led the branding, rebranding, training, and product marketing efforts for numerous other companies that range in size from start-up to Fortune 50.

Additionally, Scott is an Adjunct Professor in Marketing at the Saint Joseph’s University Haub School of Business and at Delaware Valley University. As founder of Panaviv Consulting, he offers proven expertise, a passion for brand development & marketing, and the logical organizational skills necessary to help clients succeed.
